Polite and respectful young man. He asked if I had any concerns or issues with my lawn that he should be aware of to address prior to the treatment today. I pointed out a wet area that does not drain well, and a bald area from you taking a soil sample. He advised I reseed there in the fall. I'm hoping for a beautiful healthy lawn
