Lawn Care Applicator Technician or Technician In Training
Green Image Lawn Care is looking for a Certified Lawn Care Applicator which is a highly motivated individual that is looking to grow with our company.
Green Image Lawn Care is a growing company that services HOA, Estate, Residential, School Districts and Township grounds. The position requires you to work independently during most of your work days. PA Pesticide license a plus. If not, you will be required to get certification within 60 days of employment. Other Categories may be required as needed. Your skills must include general knowledge of fertilizer applications, weed control, insecticides and possess good oral communication skills with customers as needed. You will be responsible in managing applications on residential, commercial, estates, school grounds and townships.
The position involves operation of a vehicle, trailer, ride-on machines and hand held equipment. The technician must have experience in operating Perma-Greens, Exmarks, and walk spreaders. Experience in operation of a tractor with 3-point hitch is a plus.
Requirements
- At least High School Diploma or GED Equivalent 2 or 4-year college degree a plus
- Valid PA Driver License
- PA Pesticide CORE and Category 7 a plus but not required.
- Minimum 1 Year Experience in Application Practices Preferred
- Must Be Able to Pass Background check (Needed For applications on school Districts)
- Abide by All Pennsylvania State Laws Pertaining to Record Keeping and Industry Standards
- Must Be Able to Lift 50 Pounds
