Our grass died under their watch. They claimed it was a fungus, which they should have caught, but ironically none of our neighbors had the same problem. The diagnosis doesn’t make sense. They are compensating by providing fall aeration and overseeing at no cost, but I am still unhappy in that I could not trust them with my lawn to begin with.
